If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the service and any preparatory work already undertaken.
- A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 7 or more days before the scheduled work.
- A 50% refund will be applicable if cancelled within 3-6 days.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date.
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the project. In such cases, we will work with clients to provide a fair and transparent resolution.
